Someone at the forum last night (Jordan I think) quoted:

it is better to light a candle, than to curse the darkness.

Bangsa Malaysia Merdeka (update)

Apologies for the slight hiatus in posting, I have been busy shifting my place of residence. Even a disembodied network entity must maintain some form of physical residence, until technology improves further.

The Bangsa Malaysia Merdeka get-together and forum have been brought forward to 25th August 2007.

Due to space limitations, the nature of the gathering has changed too, and is now a by-invitation event. Please refer to “The People’s Parliament” for full details.

Hope to see you there, at an event where your colour doesn’t matter… but your voice does.

Dear friends and fellow citizens,

If you are concerned/tired/fearful/angry at the direction that this country is heading in, now is the time to stand up and be counted. Make your voice count for once, and help make a difference. Make this a country where race doesn’t matter; where we don’t have to look at each other with suspicion and fear.
